Weddings and Special Events

1. How many guests will be attending your wedding?  ______
2. Divide number of guests by three  _____ (this allows for 8.5 oz of wine for each guest.)
3. Divide number of bottles by 30 to determine the number of batches you will need (round up.) _____
4. Make sure you reserve a couple of bottles for your first anniversary!
5. Perhaps you would like to make an extra batch and bottle in 375 ml bottles, with a customized thank you label, to give to your guests as "thank you" for their attendance on your special day!​

Start as soon as you would like! We offer an extended aging rack so you can make your wine and age it to perfection before the big day (the longer the better!) 

If you are on a tight schedule, don't worry, our wine is ready to drink as soon as you bottle! Please keep in mind though, a minimum of 8 weeks is required to make your wine.
